This photo seems complex to me. I believe that the photographer` in this had a longer shutter speed. I think this because of the outer outline surrounding the person seems far so i believe it will take a longer time to draw it.  It is also eye-catching cause on top of the person it seems to be something such as a crown. as if her was wearing one. With the outline of person also looking complex and very cool.
