Why is this artist’s work considered Pop Art?

I believe its because the artist uses vibrant and a variety of color in his work.

Descrrbing

most of his work shows a various amount of color while still using the same image. His images tend to be very popular things or people.

Why did you pick this artist and why do you like his/her work?

I picked him cause his work while researching was one that came up a ton. I just liked the way he turns a normal photo into somewhat of an animation
