CRITQUE

Henri Cartier-Bresson - Ateneum's New Exhibition Of an Essential 20th Century Photographer ...

HENRI CARTIER–BRESSON (1908–2004) | Gatufotografering, Magnum photos, Henri cartier bresson

I believe his timing on these photos was simply amazing. Such as the one with the bicycle it could have been more perfect. I see he must have waited for the bicycle to past by. Such the stairs add an extra effect to the photo as if it were leading towards the bicycle.  As for the first one being a perfect one as well. With  a person being perfectly time climbing a wall. While others walk on by. With even such one of the kids playing in the dirt.

My inspiration

1. Explain the main differences between a raw and jpeg file.

With raw having an bigger file size due to it capturing all the information about the cameras sensor. As well as raw having somewhat better image quality. You have to raw taking a bit more time to transfer over to a jpeg.

2. Which file is bigger RAW or Jpeg?

Raw is bigger than jpeg due it taking information from the camera sensors.

3. Can you change a Raw file to a Jpeg, once your photos are the computer? How?

You can change a raw file to a jpeg, simply by exporting to an editing software and exporting it as an jpeg file.

4. If you were shooting an important event would you shoot it RAW or Jpeg? Explain.

Personally i believe if i were to happen to shoot an important event i will would shoot raw, simply due to much more ease it brings with flexibility. With setting wise as well as making sure high quality images would be possible for the event.
